SHIPPING FEES, TAXES AND DUTIES

Shipping costs vary according to the destination country and the product. The final shipping cost will be calculated at checkout once the destination country has been provided.

All international orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. The prices displayed on our website do not include import duties, customs fees, or any applicable local taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are entirely the responsibility of the recipient and are not covered by us at any stage of the transaction.

Upon arrival in the destination country, the shipment may be subject to customs inspection. Any import duties, taxes, and handling fees assessed by the local customs authority or carrier must be paid by the recipient prior to or upon delivery. Failure to pay such charges may result in the shipment being held, returned, or destroyed by customs, and we shall not be held liable for any loss or additional costs arising thereof.

We strongly recommend that customers familiarise themselves with the import regulations and potential duty rates applicable in their country before placing an order. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures, nor for any additional costs incurred as a result.
