Between Florence and Pisa lies the historic Leather District, centered around Santa Croce sull’Arno, where generations of master craftsmen have preserved and developed the art of leather making for centuries. This unique district has become an international symbol of Italian excellence, supplying leather and craftsmanship to some of the world’s most prestigious fashion houses.

Every handbag we create is 100% Made in Italy and handcrafted by experienced Italian artisans who continue techniques passed down through generations.

At the heart of our collections is the Tubolare technique.

Tubolare is not simply a decorative weave. It is a sophisticated artisanal construction that requires exceptional precision, additional leather, more manual work and significantly more production time than conventional leather manufacturing.

Every strip of leather is prepared, assembled and woven by hand with meticulous attention to every detail. This demanding process reflects our belief that true craftsmanship cannot be rushed.

For this reason, Ghibli has never chosen the path of mass production.

Over the years, we have had opportunities to significantly increase production volumes. We deliberately chose a different direction. Producing more should never mean producing less carefully.

Every Ghibli handbag is created with one objective: to offer uncompromising quality that can be appreciated not only visually, but also through everyday use, durability and timeless elegance.

Where possible, we offer personalized options, including different shoulder strap lengths and hardware finishes, allowing every handbag to become even more personal.
